Skill question!

I just started playing Windslayer and I'm loving it. The warrior quest was a pain though. Anyway, can someone enlighten me on how do I increase the level of a skill?

i'm also new in windslayer but i know how to incresase the level of a skill..i'm a warrior also..u must buy the skill again to increase the level of the skill in amakusa...
