Go to your map, and there will be an hour-glass icon. Go to the bottom of the list and wait til one says recruiting, then you click that one and click participate. Hopefully you'll get in.
It takes you to another land, where a group of between 15 and 20 people fight their way to a boss. But in the Robo KQ, you just try to survive til the end XP
