Problem with the Launcher.(PLEASE)

I downloaded the launcher today, same as my friend. He can get it, but I can't. At the bottom of the launcher it says there was an error. It says Exactly this:

Error connecting to update server: (10054, 'Connection reset by peer')

And then, when I exit it says:

See the logfile 'C:\Program Files\Outspark\Launcher\outspark.exe.log' for details.

I go there and it says:

i am having the same issue and have never seen this before.

this game is a failure coz those pple are not interested in solving the problems of some players, who are interested in the game... if they aren't interested, why shld we?
