View Full Version : Help with start up PLEASE!!

Ok so I recently downloaded this game... and yes I did read these forums before doing so ... and did install my current drivers, made sure to unblock it on my firewall, and restarted the computer after everything (DL, install, patching)

When I start the game up for some reason it will not always load... it brings up the front screen and then then goes white. I had it once go the menu of SoS yet it just continued to load there for about 10-15mins and then closed itself out.

Is there something wrong I am doing? Do I need to be running this in a certain compatability mode?? I have windows vista with a GeForce 9500 1g video card with all the min reqs easily doubled.

Please help I would love to be a part of this great looking game!!

Yeah i often get the same problem. when you go to launch the game and it brings you to the login screen, then after words it just shuts down on you? what i did to fix it is open up your task managers click on PROCESSES look for SosCLient.exe and END PROCESS *its running in the background and the game see's it as if its on so its shuting down on you.* then look for XenCLient.exe if thats running also just END PROCESS. Try to launch the game again and see if it works. if not. just completely uninstall it and reinstall again.:\ hope this works mate.
