Buy flotation stones from Item merchant Pey, then when you buy them right click them and your horses bar should refill.

One small thing I'll add to avion's post: You need to be on your mover for the Flotation Stones to work.

lol I did that to my first horse, I have absolutely no idea it need to eat or what it eat. So well I end up walking everywhere for a while. :o Back in those days it is not 7 day horse but the in game horse that is the quest award.

yah on my original guy i bought a wooden horse for 500c lol that was all my money then i went like three feet it died and i dropped i had no clue wat i was doing
