In my opinion I would just NPC those. Stats are too low.

ok, but I was thinking if someone enhanced them (I can't, not lvl 50 =/ ) that could multiply the npc sell price by atleast 50x

With stats like those at lvl 70 it would not be worth enhancing at all. The price would be higher, but not many people will buy a +9 lvl 70 wep with low stats.

Yes, I would just sell them to any NPC. That's just my opinion though. Others may feel those are valuable, but not sure. Good luck and best wishes to whichever you decide to do.
