Can't Install (just freezes, no error message)

Okay. I want to install Fiesta, but I click on the file I downloaded from the site to install it, and my computer freezes. I have to CTRL+ALT+DEL out of it. It shows no error message, it just freezes. It does this for Solstice AND Fiesta.

I'm running Windows Vista as my OS, using Stopzilla as my Firewall and Virus Protection. I don't know any of the other info. Can anyone help me?

maybe u have to off all your anti virus programs, or maybe you just need to wait awhile for the IE to respond. it kinda lag somtimes

I just completely uninstalled my Antivirus because it was saying my subscription was up (what the hell!) and this thing still won't load. I click it, my comp freezes. No errors, nothing!

God, my laptop is screwed up. What did I do to deserve this?
