This thread is basically a gallery of different weapon skins, some have already been released however just because the skin pics are here doesn't mean they'll definitely make it into the game. Most of the names I've put on the images are just the ones I've made up for the set, at the time I didn't know the real names ^^

Why make this thread if they aren't being released?

I think Silky mentioned somewhere that they're releasing Sakura Blossom set as the theme for this month (reflecting Japan... ) so I'll go with the idea that they're going to release the other ones too in the coming months ~

The base def of the level 50 shield I won from the Date the GM Event (2008) was far, far less than the base def of my green level 50 shield. The M.Def, however, was much higher.

Quick question, though...say I buy a skin for a weapon and put it on...what happens when I level out of that weapon? Can I take it off and put it on another weapon?

Think of the skin kind of like a costume. You can change the armor under a CS outfit, just like you can change the weapon under your skin.

All of the servers received Teva weapons. But they were only awarded to the players who reached the 79 cap first through third (I think third) per class.

Bleh, I think the weapon skins in James Forge (fortune) are just fail as the majority of us have already seen them. Only thing I see them having any use for is for disguising hellgaits as lvl70 weps xD

I have this thread saved in my favorites list, and it's the only thread from any forum I've done that to. :O

I noticed that the weapon skins are now reflect your weapon's enhancement level, so my fortune skin looks like my +9 blue wand I have under it. I did see it in the patch notes, but I guess I was still surprised when I saw it. xD Now the only things separating a fortune/teva weapon from a normal weapon with a skin are what they look like in vendor or trade. x.x I'd really rather see the valentine and holiday themed skins in the shop over in game weapons, unless it was a skin for lvl 1 weapons (then it'd be cool to see what a lvl 1 wand, 2h sword, axe, crossbow, and hammer would look like if they existed). :O

Edit: Oh, I forgot to say this thread deserves to be stickied. :D

I prefer to show them without enhancement, the glowing kinda gets in the way, this way people can clearly see what they look like.

Well, Teva skins were in the store for a weekend once, but mostly you have to try your luck at James Forge in order to get any skins, And I think James Forge has= Teva skins, Blossom Skins and Fortune skins, unless im mistaken. Anyone else know?

they only have teva at the moment. james forges undergoes a refresh like remis rare finds does. Cu8rrently it is teva skins, once it was blossom and also fortune. Ive never seen them all in james forge all at once though.

well axe users with a skin does ALOT mre dmg then with out so it would be only right for a tanker to be able to match up to that~
also seems like OS is pushing every one to use axes x_x
the glad gets wayyy cooler armour and skills (alot more as well o.o)
and knights get lame armour and less new skills and they cant get the bravery increase last i checked
so personaly~ i don't think it would make them over powered, just level playing feild

as far as i kno, it has been confirmed that they are real but that ones i kno are real are the valentine set sheilds, (coz i'v seen them xP) but i think they was from an event long ago and does nothing but just apperance so they dnt use durabilty~
but apart from that i dunno x_x

i just recently startedto collect axe skins and since i dnt have a job i get on every

time i can at the library to keep up to date on the weapon skins put in the stores from what i know

somtimes its random kinda like the kaebool skins but they dnt release them in the stores very often

until maybe that particular holiday is over some are released according to season no duh BUUT for the

most part u never know when..OH and as an exellent tip they usually release the skins to the SC store

during the weekend usually on saturdays and sundays this is an absolute fact i missed the teva skin on saturday

like 2 months ago and i didnt get one but i got the ka3bool and blossom...i want the papilion 1h and axe im

They are actual shields that are part of the game. They have the skins as well but haven't released them.

And Kacy the Halloween shield is the same appearance for both clerics and fighters if you wanted to adjust that.

Update - Added claw and double sword skins to most of the pictures, also added the fighter and cleric shields to the Stargazer set. I don't know what the lv.50 and lv.70 blues look like yet but I'll update when I do.

wow nice, makes you wonder when they're going to add the papillion skin to James' forge (duals and claws) since it aint there yet.

One more thing that might be worth mentioning is the stats isn't universal it varies depending on which set for those that didn't know. Like Wintertide adds 10% damage 5% crit/aim whereas this one (Papillion) adds 5% damage, 7% crit/aim.

Lv 70 blue claws (and/or Fortune skins) are the very bottom right. Lv 50 (and/or Cabal skins) are just to the left of those.
