Kingdom Quests

I don't know about everyone else, but I find it impossible to get into the kingdom quest. I have been in for a total of 4 times, and I am lvl 18, almost 19.
I try about 4-5 times a day, I specifically log on when there will be KQs, I do my marketing between rounds, and still I can't get in for days at a time.
I hear people all the time saying they get in almost every single time, I don't know if that is BS or not, but it bothers me.
Does anyone have any tips on how I can get into the Kingdom Quests a little more often?
Also as a suggestion, maybe since so many people are missing out on this alot, they could be done a little more often, like 6-7 every hour, instead of every 2 hours.
I like the game, there is alot of things that could use some work, but so far I find the game pretty enjoyable, besides every two hours when I'm trying to get into a KQ. :(

HI! i did the mara KQ very times! when i tried participate and i was in a city, i didnt enter, but I went to sea of greed and i tried! and I participated! maybe it is because of the lag in cities, too many ppl marketing and other things! go to one map without too many ppl and try go in!

I just want tell one thing, please put more golden hill kqs! there are only 3! and it is hard to go in!! please!

Death666PT thank you for the advice, now that I think of it I do seem to recall the times that I do get into the KQ are when I'm joining from out in the field, and haven't bothered to sell junk / buy stones.
From now on I think I will sell my junk and buy my stones with time enough to spare to run off to another map. TY again.

1) Around 2 mins before the kq, relog in order to refresh the connection and get rid of chat lag.
2) Go to a place that doesn't have too many people (I find CP fine).
3) Hold down the participate button and watch the command window.
4) As soon as you see the announcement in the window release Participate ^^

My friend has got in using my technique and he has a windows 98 and DSL . I KNOW you can get in :P Well... unless your computer is older than that or you have Dial-up.

I find the fastest way to get it is that if you have a scroll for eledrine then use it a few minutes before they begin and run off to where there are no people at all. I almost always get in before all of them are out. ^^
Also click participate the second that the recuitment time comes because then you can almost always be gauranteed a spot.

Mmm... I wouldn't suggest using a scroll all the time to get to Elderine, but hey, whatever works for you.
