fighter/clever fighter HELP PLZ?

hi guys, i can't equip the lvl 20 sword says i need the class cleverfighter or better. although i've already activated the class: looksy:

any ideas would be good.

have you finished all parts of the class change quest?

you need to do the lvl 20 job change[test]

yes, what they say above me ^
at lv 20 you get the "title" clever fighter, but your not really are one yet.
you need to do the class upgrade quests first.
to start them go to you class master in elderine.
finish ALL of the quests

I have the same problem as that fighter. I just finished the 2 mara quests. But I never finished the first epic quest. Does this mean I can't become a clever fighter?
