tested perm boost bag 5%

i have talked with some ppl that perm boost bag doesnt give 5% as it says and some says it does

so i decided to do some tests
to lazy to upload the pics right now but i will describe it
at lvl 14 i died to 0% so itll be easier to test
no boost using at this test
used no boost bag first and got 7.56% from one kill at trisects
when i then tried with perm boost bag i got 7.82% for one kill
i tried killing the monsters 3 times each so i get sure and they all gave same exp

but 7.82% isnt 5% more than 7.56%

7.82 minus 7.56 = 0.28
if you divide 7.56 20 times you get the exactly 5% of it but thats 0.378
that makes it less than 4% from perm boost bag.

I think that the exp is coded in integer value instead of floating point value. Assume the mob gives 30 exp per one. With the 5% boost bag, the exp would increase to 31.5 in floating point value, which is converted to 31 or 32 in interger value.
