It says to download Open GL 1.2 or higher I cannot find where to download it....Can anyone help me on this

well when you go to the download section scroll down and you should see a link that lets you download OpenGl. Hope it works for you

For all video card/graphics adapter drivers, please refer to our drivers page located at:

NOTE: All listed graphics card drivers are automatically supplied with the latest OpenGL. There is no need to seek OpenGL 1.2 anywhere else.
