Yeah, sounds like he lost experience, even though he did not die and has a screen shot. Maybe he doesn't know how to upload the screenie?

hmm so he didnt die but he lost exp? Maybe he had a glitched death. I was in abyss and clicked on hp stone at exact same time as i died, i ended up glitched dead, still able to move with some hp. But i was dead because i had the " move to town....*. So yeah maybe that was what he on about?

Did you get a bin error or did your pc lag and then freeze the game for you? Cause if this was the case, many times if you are being attacked by a monster and disconnect, your character takes a while longer before leaving the game, so the monster may have killed you during that momentary lag. It's happened to me before :( I die during a lag then disconect and when I relog onto the game, I find my self in town. I'm sorry if this is wat happened to you, I know it's not very nice.

if you can post a bigger picture, it may be more clear for us to see what you mean b5.

if you uploaded the image, dont let the imageprovider (on default) resize it for you.

I don't want to sound mean, but the SS might not be able to completely prove that you lost the XP. Yes, it shows that you lost EXP, but for all we know, you could have died from something and scrolled up to take the SS. I'm not saying that you're lying but that a SS might not be enough proof.

The exp loss, if I read it correctly, looks like 32k. That is not the amount you lose at level 60 when you die to a mob out of abyss or in abyss.
