When someone gets banned how could they recover their account back?

Edit

Madcharo and Celtic got your answer.

/Edit

If you are talking about getting banned from the game itself, I don't think you can.

If you would be able to, it would be pointless.

Unless there is a type of ombudsman who can act impartially on your behalf, although that is unlikely.

Depending on the serverity of their offence, there's a chance they could not get their account back. If it's something not too major, it may just be a temporary ban and it will be given back to you after a set amount of time. The banned player should check their e-mail to see if there is anything in there about it and if you still don't know why you were banned, click "Contact a CSR" Here (http://outspark.custhelp.com/app/answers/list). <--- (Click) Submit a ticket here asking (politely) why you were banned and when, if ever, you might get your account back.

Also note that CSR's are swamped with tickets on a daily basis and may not be able to respond right away. Give that about 2-3 business days to repond.

Depends on the situation.

The banned player should check the e-mail account thats registered to their banned sparkID. There should be an e-mail telling the user why they were banned and for how long.

If the user has any questions, or didn't receive the e-mail they should contact a CSR by submitting a ticket and wait for a response. :)

Edit: Tsk, madcharo ninja'd in before me ;)

I'm surprised I did. ._. I got distracted from posting like 4 times and I kept losing my train of thought. Lol.

Then you have to send a email to support@outspark.com

If you are unable to contact a CSR using the account that was banned use the one you are on now or send an e-mail. Be sure to include the SparkID of the account that is no longer active in your ticket.

I thought the email didn't work since they applied the new ticket way to report such information.

It depends on your offensive. A temporary ban lasts for 72 hours. By that time you can use your account again. A permanent ban last forever. At this time, you will never use it again.
