Hello,
I am interested in buying a Level 20 Axe. I would prefer it to have good stats in the following; STR, END, and SPR. It doesn't matter if there are liscenses on it or not, but I would please ask you to not try to sell me a +9. I cannot afford a +9 wep:(

~ needs stats in STR, END, or SPR
~ prefered UNDER +9

If it happens to be +9, the only thing I can suggest is that I buy it for my lvl 20 +9 Mace and add 50s cash.
