I don't think there'd be a point in making another server for new comers. The new comers would probably go to the first server because of the community. Although people don't want a wipe, it's most likely needed.

although id prefer there be no wipe a second server isent the solution . Paticularly concidering this is a free game in its infancy. The game might be free to us but the servers have a very real price to them

All, this would do. is make them wipe the CBT char's in OBT anyways. your just stalling the inevitable!

I wouldn't call them "newcomers"...People playing in a Closed Beta were picked to TEST the game, find problems and leave feedback so the game can be refurbished and perfected so when it is released into the public, there will no problems. You were not a specialed group of people choosen to play the game for an extended period of time just to have an advantage against everyone else when the game goes public.
