Launcher Problem

When i open my launcher, then i type in my user and password, i click the login button and nothing happens.
When i close my launcher this message will come out:
"See the logfiles 'C:\Program Files\Outspark\Launcher\outspark.exe.log' for more details."
I checked my computer, it has no problems what happend?
i saw the logfile and came out a notepad

This error also: "Error connecting to update server: (10060, 'Operation time out')" in the status bar of launcher window

I'm not a technical person, I don't understand. Please help, I'd like to play this soon.

this is the one thats causing the problem. when you start, everything's fine until this code. i'll look this up and get back ASAP if possible. (unless i spoil my computer first)

its a problem with the bittorent (i think).pywintypes.error could be based on a problem with the python file. (if outspark even uses bittorent)

theres a sticky about this, but no gm has answered it either. it doesnt look like i can keep playing this game:mad:

When i open the launcher it says at the bottom "unzipping ...this may take several minutes..." and then it says "applying patch..." but nothing else hapens. I left it for a whole 4 hours one afternoon to see if it finished "applying", but nothing -.-
Then when i close the launcher an ERRORS OCCURED window appears: "See the logfile 'C:\Archivos de programa\Outspark\Launcher\outspark.exe.log' for details"
I really wanna try the game so please help :S...... HELP :'(

This issue maybe from the patch. The best way to fix this issue is to uninsatll and reinstall the program.
