Createing a Character

Well Ive Managed To Download And Install The Client But Whenever I Try To Make A Character The Game Just Crashes.
Any Help?

hey well my sudjestion for u would b to uninstal the game and delete it then re download the game and try it again should take u all of 20 minutes

If you cant create a character you need to update your driver for your video card from download page...it will fix it

Go to Start then click Run then type in dxdiag Go to the Display tab and it should tell you your Video Card type in that.

Ok... I did that... Reinstalled the whole game... twice... installed the most up to date drivers for my graphics card (and trust me... I run Sims 2 with ALL the expansions and fun packs... you need the most up to date drivers for it to work or you can't play that game....) and I still have issues. My game keeps crashing. Something is going on and it has me frustrated to the point I am about to say adios to this game. I have seen the ads for it all over the place and it reminds me so much of the Final Fantasy games. I'd like to be able to play it, but there is some serious issues going with the game server. I am only able to choose one world and that is "Closed Beta". What gives?:confused::mad::(
