Wearing a Big Red Ribbon with a Ponytail

So I was wondering for those of you who've gotten one of the super awesome amazing Big Red Bows that I'm in love with, if it hides your ponytail when you wear it?
Like how wearing a hat hides it...

Just wondering if anyone knows, I just got one and don't know which character to use it one, one has a ponytail, the other doesn't

It looks like she has a ponytail with the bow. But I can't really be sure because it's a bit dark there, but it looks like a ponytail to me. Whatcha reckon? xD

I have it, the ribbon is just above the tail, it kindof looks like the tail is tied up with the ribbon but on closer look you can see it floating above. I can take a screenie if you like.

I just wanted to be sure it didn't completely hide the ponytail like it does when you wear a hat and look like you've got a buzz cut or something ^^

... next question, how does it look with a fro? -.^
