yeah i think it should be. or else its just... just wrong. because chances of finding 2 helga shields for 2 classes is hard. better just make it multi class

not according to the wiki. they all add the same as a 70 blue. i assume its to keep them from being even more freakish. ill just keep mine +0 when i finally get one. they look better without the shiny anyways

*edit: im not sure who got that info on the wiki but it was there back in November before any of our servers killed him.
