Ok, here are the questions:

1. Under Graphics Settings what is Anit-Aliasing?

2. The in-game graphics while playing this game on my computer are absolutely brutal compared to other screenshots and videos I've seen of other peoples, Is there anything i can do to improve the graphics on Fiesta?

3. What is LOD Distance on Graphic Settings?

This is anti-aliasing (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anti-aliasing).

LOD Distance is how far you see in distance of the camera. (Or something like that.)

Before you change anything check your computer specs compaired to the recomended and minimum requirements.
(anti-aliasing may help.)

move the bar one way and the FOG will be closer to you. (note that people vanish closer to you)
move it the other way and FOG will be farther away. (note people vanish ferther away.)
