Such a dumb problem I know. I have searched the whole starter town. I have talked to every npc. I have yet to find where to get arrows. Maybe I am missing something simple?

Equip your bow. Hit "I", then right click the bow in your inventory.

You will just need to equip your bow and it will have unlimited arrows already on it.

I equiped the bow I had in my inventory. Went outside town to kill some stuff and my bow doesn't shoot when I attack. It makes a semi-shooting noise and animation, but no arrow comes out.

go further out of town, you're prolly hitting something someone else is hitting, or some lag in the graphic that makes it seem as though it's still alive. but it's really not. D:

You might have hide all ppl except NPC in town. Try unhide them or go to a new Zone and will will be able to attack again
