View Full Version : Legendary get chain warred, Help ticket = no answer!

I am setting up this topic, because i dont hear any answers from the help ticket system.
The point is, our guild Legendary gets continously chain warred to prevent outside healing and member inviting. Mostly thanks to the guilds <Removed> and <Removed> (this is no blacklisting, because these guilds are made by someone's alt to harass us).
We get warred almost 24/7, and thats very bad!
Can some GM or CSR please take a look at the wars we are receiving, and IP-check who's all behind it?

OK dude. Seriously? this thread doesn't belong here. THis is a place for people dealing with technical matters, not social ones. IE installation and Bug issues.
a piece of Advice from a former legs member: If you can't take the heat of being at the top, then you probably don't belong there. Do my old guild a favor and stop whining and making them ook bad. conserve some dignity man-.-

This is not because of the war itself,
it is because of the harassment!
People's alt are warring us, then logging off!
They are not doing it for the war, they are doing it to prevent us getting healed and inviting members to the guild!
I asked for a GM or CSR to see this topic, and let one please reply!

Blacklisting is blacklisting. Scam, harassment, broke your heart, cheater, etc it doesn't matter....you've just blacklisted two guilds...peace!

I amazes me how low some people can go to bother others.

Do it in General Discussion or the Epith guild discussion boards. you are just making clutter here for players who have actual issues that need to be resolved.

CSR team has a mess of tickets and of which they respond. Depending on when you sent it, it could be delayed a few days technical time is 2 ~ 3 business days for a responce. If you sent it on friday chances are a mess of tickets came in and the CSR team is taking a while to answer them.

Like Leon pointed out, tickets can take several business days to get a response. If you have not received an answer in 2-3 business days update the ticket to remind them that you are there.
However, this does not belong on the forums, as the thread will only lead to blacklisting/flaming down the road. I'm going to go ahead and close it. If your guild continues to have problems, take ss's and update them into your current ticket.
