Xtrap sux it cuts off my phone (Magic-Jack)

Xtrap is nothing but a hinderance and a poor example of half-assed security measures. I can understand the need for anti-hacking protocols to be in place, but I honestly believe that either the designers of the Xtrap system itself, or whatever morons responsible for integrating it into the fiesta system are mentally deficient. While all of this overkill security for legitimate users is forced on us, we are still plagued with spam, bots, and idiots in-game. Good job.
This compiled trash is now interfering with systems on my network that have absolutely nothing to do with gaming:
VNC/PCAnywhere: I can understand, somewhat, but seriously... some people need that funcitonality on THEIR SYSTEM in order to do business. Due to the fact that xtrap removes hooking from these programs, I am forced to either log-off completely in order to perform mundane tasks, or physically perform the tasks (on several machines, this can be extremely irritating).
Video manipulation software (???):
Certain video manipulation software now displays unexpected behavior or fails completely while xtrap is running. This includes encoders, like Super, and Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.
Network Packet Transmission:
On several of my Windows XP Pro SP3 machines, xtrap completely screws up MrxSmb, causing packet loss and all sorts of wonderful behavior between networked machines.

My logs on 3 machines are FILLED with this error alone, which didn't exist before the last xtrap update nor does it occur when xtrap is not running (fiesta client exited).
Antivirus:
AVG fails to interpret updates properly, causing the machine to be forcefully restarted every update cycle. Again, problem does not occur when xtrap is not running.
Summary:
It has come to the point where we can either do business or play Fiesta. It's not hard to guess which one wins. We might not purchase much sparkcash, so i can appreciate the fact that we're not exactly a priority case, but i can assure you that we won't be purchasing anymore until these problems are completely resolved. Our game attendance is obviously going to be affected as well, and this doesn't do well for "customer retention".
Outspark should, in my opinion, either fix the xtrap system or find a suitable replacement, and soon. Atleast make sure that whatever solution ends up protecting the system is half-way SANE. Although, judging from response I have had with recent communications with outspark staff regarding suggestions and quick browsing of the forum, I'm not entirely convinced that this company has it's users' best interests in mind at all.
