Okay, I've set up this thread because most new clerics aren't familiar with the builds. So maybe they could check out this thread to gain a deeper understanding of each type of build. There's no best cleric build overall, just best cleric build for you.

So, please post your cleric builds and state the Pros and Cons of it. And maybe, your playing style ;)

Thanks. Hope this helps.

I planned on making a 3:1 or 2:1 end/spr build. But i accidnetally put 5 points in str. So about lvl 41 I can get this done with +2% crit. I'll list the Pros and Cons IMO.

Pros
1. Bit extra critical hitting (I planned on putting 15 points in SPR but i'm only putting 10 due to an accident. each point in SPR is +0.2%. At 25 SPR it'll be +0.1% i think.)
2. Extra SP to heal.

Cons
1. About 60 hp loss (since 1END point is 6hp i think).

For skills, I empowered heal and cooldown maxed. I put overpower for bash maxed for no reason.

Of course, it depends on what you're planning to do most of the time, on what you'd like to do with your skills and extra stat points. Also, take your production skills in to consideration, for those help with compensation on certain affected stats.

I do mostly End, because I have a potion making skill, which leads to a lot of SP pots being made. At the class change from Lv 20, with the bonus stat points, I put a couple in to strength because I solo. Then with my skills, I've increased damage on Bash, and decreased SP consumption and cooldown on Heal.

Once again, it depends on how you play the Cleric. Go with what works the best.

I got mine new cleric and its still at lvl17 so hard to level... i put it on str like 3 points and the rest is on end. I also have the skill production scroll skill and red pot skill although i regret having created an sp pot instead. >.<

better to create sp pots than hp pots, you're a cleric you need sp pots not hp pots, hp pots are used in emergencies like when mara or marlone hits you, eat one stone drink one hp pot and you'll still be alive

ive been doing a 2:1 end:spr build for my cleric (currently lv23) however, when i hit +20end i started dumping all my points into spr to get the extra crit and increased sp.

i put the extra 5pts from job change into str because i solo, though i regret this now, i think i would have been better seved to put it in end.

the extra points in spr give you better magic def (very use full since tanks have no magic def), more sp (less pots used, can keep party alive longer in mob situations), and a better crit.

the extra SP is very usefully when partying in collapsed prison and moonlight tomb. and when soloing as well.

mmm...So far i'm experimenting the same build with my fighter as my Cleric so here it is

All End until 20 +5 Job change to End as well
then a 1:1 End/Str Build

I am working on a very strict 2:1 End/Spr build. Even with the 5 extra points at lvl 20 I funneled it into my little build. After 25 Spr the crit rate goes down for each Spr point so I think I'll stop then. End is very important because the longer you are alive the longer you can keep the rest of the party alive.

Full end isnt that bad just get a hammer and aim scroll on=)
u could compare the damage of 2:1 end str and Pure End the damage isnt much of a different =)

Yeah i accidentally added 5 strength after the job change and i regret this highly but that still doesn't mean i'm gonna buy (if it's the only way...) a free reset stat :P

im more into endurance simply for the high defence, shield block rate and HP. I am now level 33 going 34 and I think im doing well enough.

Pro - High Hp, Defence and Block Rate combined with scrolls and buffs makes it hard to bring me down, so I can spend those much needed heals on party members instead.

Con - Low damage per second, Forcing me to rely on parties to do the killing.
