Shift+Z not working

I have tried this multiple times..shift+z is not working for me. Yes im pressing the right buttons. I lag really bad..and my computer processor is going out so my computer keeps freezing

Also the graphics on this game on my pc look reallly bad..Ive never had a game look bad on my computer. You cant even see the characters eyes..anyway to fix this?

Shift-Z does not work if you are in a party.

Otherwise, it could simply be server lag. I often need to SPAM Shift-Z to get an effect when it's really crowded.
