Still banned? !!!

my name is jeffrey
characters name (husky1988)

i hade this billing isue with (clickandbuy)
that is where im banned for
now everything is payd i even got a mail from them with proof where thay say everything is payd (got this mail on monday)
so i call them today why my game acount still is banned and they simpely say its not our fold its still banned you have to contact outspark :(

but i was thinking that if they dont get the money they dont know how fast they must ban me but if everything is payd they just screw me

is there a csr or someone else how can help me to get back on the server realy quik please

You'll need to get in contact with a CSR. You can do so by clicking the "Submit A Ticket" link in my signature. This should take you to our help site. From there you'll see a button that says "Contact A CSR" select it and fill out the appropriate fields.

A CSR will look into your account and see whats going on.
