Yea, i can only make Tier 1 stones, pots, and scrolls, i can comp and decomp all T1 things, but i can't find any mats to use since all the monsters i kill are roo high to drop the lvl mats i can use... and nobody will trade lower quality mats for my higher ones. What should i do? I need the mats to get like everything from T1 to T3 but i don't know how to get the mats and even whenever i try buying them i don't know when i'm over or underpaying and most of the time nobody even sells me anything :(
Please help me ^ ^

Right, if you have money, and your getting production skills up to produce higher tiers, as opposed to making profit, you can buy the LQ from item merchant nina.
However, I'd reccommend Comp/Decomp is increased first, mine a load of copper ore then comp->Decomp->Comp until your high enough for sap, collect lots of sap from vine tomb, and then comp->decomp etc. etc.
Your decomp will soar, and then you can decomp your hq mats into lq mats.
Other than that there's not really another way =P

Want to improve your production skills need alot of time. Everyday i spent 4 hrs doing decomp and making scrolls for sales. This does not include the time for vending or farming. Are you prepare for this.
You need 3 days to improve you comp and decomp just from sap to low sap. You can collect them from vine tomb near the gate to globin camp. When you manage to improve your skill then use the same sap to do comp and decomp to high sap. That will take you 1 to 2 days until you can reach the lvl to decomp HQ SBL and tough leather. After that do vending to buy material.

I agree with the above - you need to get decomp to a higher tier.
Alternatively you can do the mines, or when you can decomp T2 bones do those back and fourth since the conversion rates are pretty good.
Personally I have a decomp/comp character - I skilled up in the mines for a while, then switched off to bones. Eventually I just decomped for other skills and it skilled itself up the rest of the way.

First off, you have to upgrade your compo and deco skills. this will help a lot in mats level degrade or upgrade.
Collecting the materials is another part. One fast way of getting mats is the abyss (if your lucky enough not to get killed that is:D). Another (boring) one is farming the mines or tree/mushroom fields. or make a party in MT or CP for you to get enough mats for your production skills.:D

This is what I do to get Materials for scroll-making, potion making and Stones (Elrue etc.)
I make a brand new character and then buy everything I need to level 10-15 or so. (Usually i choose archer.) Then you do a whole bunch of grinding. For levels 8-11 I got over 200 of each kind of dust.
Hope I Could Help!

Personally I used the Copper Ore to start my Comp/Decomp character
Decomp only ever raises by 1 until you get to T3 so no point using T2 stones to decomp! So what you do is spend a bundle of time in the copper mine just up and down on copper ore LQ/MQ
Then once your Comp hits T2 you use broken/Crushed bone. We all get TONNES of these, in fact most people don't even pick it up.
The Decomp from broken->Crushed is T1 and the Comp Crushed->Broken is T2. So your Comp is raising rapidly whilst your you're still only using T1 stones to decomp.
As your points raise the same principle can also be used on Tough/Tender meat and Torn/Crude leather, all of which is abundantly available for any character under about level 60. Even if you need to buy it in it's not gonna be that pricey!
250 Broken bones going up and down for a few hours raised my Decomp by over 1500 points and my Comp by nearly 5000.
