Okay so I just started playing the other day and I decided I would put a few bucks down so my character could look cool. So I paid 5 dollars got the coupon and when I went to Vietree(might not be spelled right) she said that I needed the Item but when I look at my purchases it says I bought one. Can someone please explain.

you need to get it into your inventory. You inventory has 6 slots and the two on the very far right hand side are for sparkcash purchases and what you get whenever you lvl with a master. Just go through the inventory slots, the last or next to the last one on the right should have the coupon, right click it, then it'll go in your regular inventory slot. After that you can use the beauty coupon, you have to go through the same actions to use any sparkcash items, you have to get them out of your premium inventory slot and into the standard slot in order to use it. Right, in your inventory there are 6 pages of items.
The first two are your basic pages, and you will keep these.
The 3rd and 4th are SC pages, and can be bought with Sparkcash (they will have a grey icon)
The 5th is your rewards items, that you get from your master or your academy.
The last is where your Sparkcash purchases go.
In order to use the coupon, you have to right click it in the "Premium item" page, and this will transfer it into your inventory. You then go to Vietree, choose your look and apply.
