Spammer Announcement

hey, did anyone see the announcement from CSR Cretz yesterday? I was in moonlight tomb and i didn't hear the regular tone before the announcement and he was stating that we should take screenshots of spammers and post them on the forum. i was looking at the chatbox to see if anyone was responding to him and i don't think anyone realized he was making an announcement. and if we are supposed to do this, shouldn't we have a sticky thread to post it to?
