OK I have a theory that when u do quests that require you to get certain items. Well i think that when u start that quest, you only have a 65% chance of getting that item. But if your not doing that quest u have a 80% chance of getting that item.Don't call me a noob if it's not correct:cool:

Its random, and unless you do a 10,000 monster kill test I would still say its random :P
