Okies, ive only been playing Fiesta for about 2 weeks but have been playing mmorpgs for over 13 years. After my 2nd week I once again see a new game thats being totally ruined by bots (individuals using programs to play their chars instead of playing it themselves).

I would like to see this post stickied so that players can start submitting people suspected of "botting". I would suggest to the GMs that they implement a fixed procedure for reporting such players.

I would also suggest that the GMs look into this as a matter of urgency sooner rather than later, game updates, quests, events, cash shop etc etc are a secondary matter as without a faithful player base the above mentioned are almost irrelevant. I am sure you all know games you WONT play due to hacks, bots and exploits.

I would also like to report the following individuals who I know for a fact are using a botting program:

ovis
Aaboy
Aagril
yoyowww
Kingand

(I have only just started collecting names and will forward them to this post daily), I will also repost this daily if its not stickied. I like Fiesta and its a very pleasant game to play, but has some serious problems ranging from spammers, hackers and botters. I dont want to see a good format ruined by a bunch of cheating idiots who look to ruin things for the majority.

Guys please use this post to ONLY add names of suspected bots, I know there are alot of suggestions to implement a fix to the problem, but if we let the Fiesta Team know who is doing it they can at least run an IP trace to start to combat this.

I already told you to send a private msg to GMs. There is no need to post your reports here every time you see bots. They change every days.

most the time the bots are from what we call gold spamers...

1: they get banned alot and have to start over... they must have a high levl char Plevling the new bots.

2: there is a repot butten right in the game... red butten... its on the top left corner of your chat box

ok 1 i've tried to get gm to report a guy botting he was power lvling a noob that was botting too. i check 2 ways. 1 i lead mobs over to noob an he died. ok fine then poof he right back in same spot. now if the relog was not fixed this be ok but it is, soooo.... 2 the other guy higher lvl one was in guild so i declared war (mainly cuase he was ksing every1) but then realized he was botting so i declaired it. we killed em 2 times poof he right back . tried to get gm all night in town and in vinetomb where he was wth. an where the heck do ya find screen shoots if ya take em looked in fiesta file an dam what i got check every freakin folder just make a freaking screen shot folder in first folder wth. dam

Unfortunately the forums is a iffy place to be posting as it can lead to slanderous reports against people who are not bots. It happens unfortunately. I would suggest PMing instead.

What you will need to do is take pictures for proof.

On top of this you will need a bit more detail. Server, bot names, zone, reason/proof of botting.

You've done a pretty good detail so far, I just wanted to drop those ideas to you so you can expand further into a report.

All of the above, put them into a PM and send them to GM_Dakkon and GM_SnakeEyes. I say both because sometimes one may be busy and unable to assist.

If you are having problems with taking screenshots, then do it the hard way by pasting your print screen in MSpaint and save the screenshot.

I know that my screenshots for the game appear in a fiesta folder in my documents directory, not the outspark directory. Have you tried looking elsewhere? Try doing a search on your system. The file names appear as "screenshot000", the last 3 being number of screenshots.
