guild storage bug

Every time i try to access my guild storage in my alternate character Altima101 it says too many people are accessing guild storage at this time. Please try again later. Im lvl 2 on there and i dont know if that affects it at all. Please fix.

Try going to Elderine or Uruga. Usually those fix it.

I'm gonna stamp my feet about this one if no one minds. They told us this one has been fixed and whenever anyone brings it up, one of the staff come on and say the same, that it's been fixed. >< IT HASN'T BEEN FIXED AT ALL. Don't get me wrong, I know the staff are busy with a lot of isses and requests and this isn't a rant to get them to fix it but I'm furious about the way they are brushing this off. We are telling them time and time again that this is not fixed but they don't beleive/listen to us. King_Obito's suggestion does work sometimes and so does reloging sometimes but there are times when NOTHING fixes it until the next patch which can be infuriating, if you use a guild as storage as I do, when you want to get something out there and then, such as some equipment you have levelled into or something you are wanting to trade and you have to tell someone who is waiting that you can't get it.
I guess what I'm saying is that I understand there is a lot to iron (steamroller?) out but please OS don't treat us like idiots or blatantly lie to us about something which we see everyday in game. It seems that you did TRY and fix it and probably thought it was fixed but when someone comes onto the forum to tell you that they are still getting the problem and you react by saying the glitch is fixed you are practically replying with a "No your guild storage isn't glitched, you are wrong and we are right" This glitch IS NOT fixed so don't tell us it is.

I've tried Elderine and it didnt work. I will try Uruga today thank you.
