has anyone been getting a response from a CSR??? cuz i submitted a ticket 2 days ago, and still no response... i'm kinda worried cuz i had just bought a school uniform b4 my character stopped working, and i don't want it to run out on me!!!:eek::confused:

CSRs don't ignore questions unless they're completely unrelated to Outspark's services.
It can take a few business days to get to your ticket, depending on the load of inquiries.

Just a little time frame for you I submitted a ticket about a really simple questions (STR charms effecting mages) on MARCH 16th 2009. I FINALLY got my answer on March 24th , 2009. The 1-2 day response time is not correct, more like a week minimum. It is most like due to that fact that everyone and there mother is submitting tickets about there BIN errors....I hope that helps...I submitted another ticket for an unrelated incident on March 22nd....and have yet to get any response! So just hang in there Outspark is doing there best to answer everyone!!! Your ticket will be addressed in the order it was received! ;)

i wonder why theres alot then?? it's not a holiday or anything..... o.O and i'm ticked because my School Uniform from fiesta store is RUNNING OUT AS WE SPEAK!!!
