Hi....This is my alt account...my main is Sokunvichet.I didn't really want to post a thread but CSR didn't contact me when i made like 5 ticket 5 day ago and no reply from CSR so this is my last hope.My main account had been ban for 7 day because of a billing dispute(i own Outspark $25 because of a mistake somehow).....it say ask my credit card to reverse the billing dispute if i want my account back .....it also say my account will be terminated if i take no action within 7 day.....i ask my credit card to reverse it and they say they cant because it didn't made the pay to outspark,i think my credit card been hacked or something.....i just wanted to ask the CSR if i can pay the money i own to them another way because my credit card been hacked or something and can't reverse the billing dispute.....so please tell me how to reverse the billing dispute or pay outspark the money i own them when my credit card say i didn't made the pay to outspark...also please don't terminate my main account Sokunvichet.

The CSRs have been flooded with tickets recently. Give them a week or more, I'm sure they'll get back to you.

lmao.. give them a week more huh, his account is going to be banned within 7 days. it happened once before to a fren of mine. but its through paypal.

she just called paypal up as well as her credit card and spam them everyday.

Even if his account is banned within the 7 days I do believe they can easily get it restored and sorted out.

Its already banned, unless terminated does not mean perma delete, I would spam too.

Sounds a little shady to me, pay or have your account deleted, and no we will not discuss it with you.

my bf has the same billing problem
but he already payd everything and hes still banned from the game
we send a lot of tickets but no responses
maybe if those stupid ppl dont keep sending tickets for that error problem they can help ppl with real problems they are already working on that error probblem

Yea i ask PayPal to reverse the billing dispute but they say they can't reverse something if my credit card never had paid outspark since i think there was no history.....because of a hacked or something =/,and i don't think a credit card can pay some1 without getting insert into a ATM machine or paying online but my acc is ban :(......I can stand getting ban for a long time but i hope they just don't terminate my account that i work for so long =/.....wonder if i can pay them thought another credit card....think i need to talk to CSR so he/she can tell me what to do cause i'm not good in the ban situation =/

sok you gotta send a money order to them. you can go to a post office and other places i believe have them. make sure its in US dollars and mail it to them. the info of what u put it on and who you make it out to should have been in the email. hope its works out man best of luck

ahmmm.......i would like to send money order to them but they got no info to mail the money order to......that us why they want me to reverse the billing dispute......cuz my credit card pay them b4 and they think my credit card still have the history of paying them now but my credit card got hacked or something and there was no history so me credit card now cant pay them:(..........thank guy for your support.....lol thought CSR be telling something right now that will help me get out of this mess=/

believe me ur not the only one who have this problem o-o I have at least 2 friends... they had this problem before... 1 of them got her acc perma banned ;_;
