It seems that someone out there is listening to us. I think this was a good thing done by outsparks. Thank you for listening and understanding. I am sure someone is going to look at this as a ploy by OS and start ranting but i think they are looking at things and this was a good move on there part.

Yea, I am glad they are releasing the patch tomorrow to finally address the .bin error. (If that is what you are referring to.)

Well, actully i was refering to the SC deal for 10%. But that is a good thing as well. I knew they would be trying to fix that as fast as possable, as it disrupts gameplay. But, they didn't have to give us a deal for 10% off. That is what i find to be a good jesture on there part.

i also like the 10% deal. my idea is that more cs you buy the more cs point you get

At the end of the day though, the emphasis is on gaining new SC customers rather than retaining the legions of existing ones. Just my opinion.......but reading between the lines, it's just a marketing ploy designed to increase the number of SC users.......on honest ploy, but a ploy all the same.

I purchased spark cash and didn't get my 10% bonus so I think there is an issue with the system, I have reported to a CSR 2 times now on this subject and they will not respond to me, anyone else having a problem with the 10% bonus?
