I have taken this thread to our DEV team....
This issue is with your internet connection...
socket.error: (10054, 'Connection reset by peer')
Shows that your PC has never correctly connected with our login server.
1. Please make sure you are not behind a proxy server.
2. Please make sure your firewall is allowing the transmission between our server and your PC.
3. Please make sure other online games work wih your PC.
Thank you,

I am able to play other online games , My RAM is 256 MB - could it be a prob ? I have had no prob running other CPU intensive games (names witheld) and I have played several MMO games on my present configs.
256 MB SRAM
80 Gig Storage
Intel P 4 3.12 Mhz Clock speed
Radeon ATI Graphic accelerator Card
Windows XP
After I enter credentials - A blank white screen opens - which I assume is the Game Window since my friend confirms the game window opens white before the game contents are loaded. But instead of the game starting - the window closes and I am back at the launcher ;-;
No error log is generated for my case - I am back at the launcher where my credentials are still in place
