i havn't noticed any difrence in the recovery rate.... but i only have the red one...

If you didn't pay attention to the quests available when you're a youngling, haha youngling, you'll get a quest to just read (listen) to Robin (in Roumen). He'll tell you that there are other houses for sell, one which was red (the lvl 25 one) and the blue one (lvl 50 one). He says that they increase the recovery rates and look more stylish too. Although, I was curious if he actually thought that they cost 15s for the red and 50s for the blue. xD

You need an opinion of someone who is already Lv 50 and is it worth it well Short Answer no but I only got it because it looks much better than the Red House.
It does indeed have a recovery rate faster than the red house but its almost completely unnoticable. But by the time you get to Uruga you can get 15 silver within 15-20 minutes so no problem getting the money there.

The recovery rate is quicker and you stick out like a sore thumb in Roumen.

i want the lvl 70 er 75 house..whichever it is. the house seems to be confused about what lvl its supposed to be :P

Unless you have a mount faster and more stone efficent than Hobby that would be stupid since the only ones that would be more stone efficent and faster would be the ones from events.

Lol... yeah. Requires level is 70 but it wants you to enter it at 75, so says the description. Confusing Snow Shrooms D:
