how to change e-mail on my outspark account?

the e-mail on my outspark account is no longer active but i cant find anyplace to change it to my new e-mail. does anyone know how to do this?

As far as being able to change it I dont believe there is anyway you can do it, even by choosing account while on your profile page. You might have to just send in a CSR ticket and asked them to change it for you. (dont worry they dont bite :D)

CSR's go through hundreds of tickets per day and normal business hours are from 9:30 to around 6:30pm. Please have patience.

I am having problems with my email also and would like to change it. As far as getting into the game there is no problem, but right now I have an issue going on and though I have set my email to forward, I cant get into the account to reply and it wont accept a reply for the account I have it forwarded to.

At this time users are not able to change their email. Hopefully sometime in the future this feature will be available.
