That is a non constructive post, and you are not an admin who can state such things, even in sarcasm. Do not do it again. As for Teva being down I am looking into it now.

I don't see what part of the ToS I was breaking, but I never said I was an admin.

He never said that you claimed you were an admin, but since only admins or other higher ranked officials should say such things, he merely stated that you were wrong to do so, even if only in jest. Statements such as that can cause wide spread panic among those who don't know any better, so it would be better to not say such things at all.

Misleading comments is a bannable offense. Thats the ToS violation.
