no skills?

when ive loged in a few times now none of my skills will work at all ive tryed reloging that dosent work and i even tryed closeing the program ad restsrting but no joy and i can still rest but i carnt use my buffs or heal skills as they dont do anything witch dosent help

try moveing to a new field. (i went to roumen)
then close out of the game and reboot your computer.
they try to log and see if it works now... i had same problem but that fixed it.
