Why didn't you train an harkan lic on this ? You would have +4 in crit instead of only +3 ><

The problem with this is that the licenses mess the wand up as all three spots are taken, with a max +3% bonus crit. A completed archon junior license would have have added +5% crit, and to achieve that now the purchaser has to use SC to get License Clear.

I'd offer up to 2g, but I see Chaola has already offered that much. Anyway, good luck selling, and keep in mind what I said about the licenses for your future weapons.
