Configuring a Proxy?

I'm trying to find out if it is possible to configure the proxy settings for logging into the game. I need this to be able to play at my school. I can play just fine at home, but I spend most of my free time at the school.

The proxy itself needs a username and password to be logged into.

I'm running:

OutsparkID: tsaot
OS: Vista Business (32 bit)
Processor: AMD Turion64 (single core) runnning at 1.8gHz
Ram: 2gB
Installed to: C:/Program Files/Outspark/
Anti Virus: AVG Free
Firewall: Windows Firewall

There are proxy settings set in the OS that most apps use (IE, Firefox, Outlook, etc...) set at the OS level.

UPDATE: when I do try to log on behind the school's proxy I get the following error: Error connecting to update server: (10060, 'Operation timed out')

Unfortunately we do not allow proxy setting or will give instruction on how to use a proxy to get into our servers.

I sincerely apologize, but due to security issue we will not allow any type of proxy connections.
