1. In the korean version, its called vera. in the US version, its gonna be called Bera.

2. In my opinion, yes. it isn't as big an area as elderine, it isn't very bright (like eld or roumen), and for some reason, the BG music makes me think of traffic o.o . Its not a bad place, its just my opinion that the other towns are better.
