Unauthorized:401

I started to play the game....however, after playing the game for 20mins it said i lost connection and when i tried to relog it did the same thing..except this time it said I lost connection when I was on the world select screen. Then after i restarted the whole game it said "There was a problem in logging you in. Please check that your username and password are correct, and that you are running the lastest Qutspark software."

(Unauthorized: 401)
Please help me:)

Edit: I already tried to reset my password and I already checked to make sure i had the lastest version. However, it still doesn't work... I am redownloading the game all over to see if it works!

Hmm...
I'm a bit new here but my guess would be that your character is still logged in.
(If that is possible.)
Try waiting a few more mins and try again.

I already checked the sticky, however i tried everything they suggested and it still doesn't work...

Also, my says Unauthorized: 401... it doesn't contain the -0, not sure if it matters but i already tried everything else.

The reason for this error message is most likely caused by trouble with your Internet connection to our login servers. There may be an issue with your Internet speed caused by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). I would suggest trying to connect at another time, and/or contacting your network administrator/ISP to make sure that your Internet connection is working properly. Also, you should check on the following and be sure that you are:

1. You are not accessing via a proxy
2. Your Internet connection is stable and consistent
3. Any firewall(s) you are running are disabled

We are well aware of the numerous connection issues reported by users regarding logging in since the most recent patch. The “401 Error” means that your username/password failed; OR that you are running an old unsupported closed beta. I assure you that our Development Team is currently looking into the matter.

1. What is via a proxy?
2. When i pick up the phone I lose my internet connection because there is something wrong with my dsl. Not sure if that effects anything.
3. I allowed the game through my firewall if that works.. but i didn't close my firewall.

I reinstalled the game yesterday and it worked:).... however, the next day I got the same error!!:(... so I redownloaded it again!!! and it worked:eek:
Please dont tell me I need to redownload it everyday....
