Enhancment breakage

I thought items being enhanced from 1-3 are 100% successful. According to OS

"Will OS make enhancing in game better like what Korean and Japanese does?
- Enhancing from +1 to +3 is 100% successful, guaranteed.
- Enhancing from +4 to +6 can fail, but cannot break.
- Enhancing from +7 onwards is as usual, but rates appear higher.
- Hence, everyone can do a +6, and with a few miles, +9.

I was just enhancing my lvl70 blue xbow, on the the third try it just broke. How can it break if the enhance is 100% successful?

the one thing i know from +1 to 6 successful rate has increased was for T1 and T2 item levels

I remember the days when you could make a level 20 +8 without breaking. However, trying to +9 always failed. But one day a patch came along and things started breaking after +3. And now things break at any level.

The success rate is depressing now.

I doubt we have a 100% successful rate an any point of any tier of any enhancement...

hmmm let see has it been a week since both divorces finalized if not it wont allow you to remarry. a friend aha d to force his to remarry and it took two weeks its a week if forced to finalize and another beofr eyou can marry

Didn't this feature come into play after the 6 grand update, I think we are on the 5th if I am not mistaken because mages/Archers can't cast all skills while moving yet

lets jus go with each version has a different marketing preference (=<
