How Do You Report Scammers Now?

K spent about half an hour looking around on the forum for how to report people for scamming or swearing or anything like that and found nothing so i'm starting a new thread on it. If anyone knows how pls post up on this thread on how we report things to the gm's like scammers and such now since the report button is gone and the thing that showed us if a gm is online or not is also gone.

First you'll have to take screenshots or video of the offense as proof.

Then you can put that into a Ticket to submit to the CSR's to review.

You can get to the ticket form through my signature, or through the Support Tab at the top of the page.

Be sure to include

Screenshots/Videos
IGN
IGN of the person you're reporting
Server name
Approx. Date/Time
Additional Details about the incident

Omg...i got scammed but i didn't know he was gonna scam me..i looked for i dont know how long to report..but now i read i need a video or screen pic..

Please do not Necro-Post.

In the future, be careful of who you are trading items to ingame to reduce the risk of being scammed. Avoid high risk activities such as accepting gifting or enhancement services or anything that requires you to open a trade with another person.
