When I try to create a character it loads but then a pop up says something and it's like when something is frozen and it has sent and don't send... I always do don't send... What should I do? Also if more information needed then post! Also if this is happening to yu and not just me post it's happening to yu!!

I saw someone say this in a post....
In order to fix the issue with Character Creation you need to update your graphics drivers or download a new version of OpenGL version 1.2 or higher.
What graphics driver is highly recomended for Windows XP or how do i get OpenGL??
Which one is better (what one should i get?)
