Can't even log in...

hi, i'm new around here and i can't even log into the game... it says something similar to a can't connect message in internet explorer...can someone help? any help is greatly appreciated.

Do either of you have an active firewall? They have a thing for blocking stuff.

The reason for this error message is most likely caused by trouble with your Internet connection to our login servers. There may be an issue with your Internet speed caused by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). I would suggest trying to connect at another time, and contacting your network administrator/ISP to make sure that your Internet connection is working properly. Also, you may want to be sure to check on the following:

1. You are not accessing via a proxy
2. Your Internet connection is stable and consistent
3. Any firewall(s) you are running are disabled

We are well aware of the numerous connection issues reported by users regarding logging in since the most recent patch. I assure you that our Development Team is currently looking into the matter. In the meantime, we thank you for your patience during the Beta period of Fiesta.
