i need major help....luanching issues

hi, every time when i try to luanch the game it keeps telling me error web page not found!so some1 plz help me!!!

The reason for this error message is most likely caused by trouble with your Internet connection to our login servers. There may be an issue with your Internet speed caused by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). I would suggest trying to connect at another time, and/or contacting your network administrator/ISP to make sure that your Internet connection is working properly. Also, you should check on the following and be sure that you are:

1. You are not accessing via a proxy
2. Your Internet connection is stable and consistent
3. Any firewall(s) you are running are disabled

We are well aware of the numerous connection issues reported by users regarding logging in since the most recent patch. The “401 Error” means that your username/password failed; OR that you are running an old unsupported closed beta. I assure you that our Development Team is currently looking into the matter.

uhhhh dude......i did that and i think that my internet speed is ok it is the same one like everyone at my school who has this use......and im thinking that this websites servers are bad!!!:mad:

Please don't attack the website, it's not fair to them and Cretz is trying to help.
Have you tried restarting and loading in SoS before other programs? Everyonce in awhile I have trouble but usually a good restart (or if i'm lucky a log out) will fix the problem. Also if you're accessing from school, the school server might be blocking you. My high school did the same thing to many websites and games. But that's only if I'm understanding that you are logging in at school, if you're at home, don't worry about all that.
You could also try unistalling the client and reinstalling it or use a fresh download. Sometimes running a different copy of the same .exe will make a big difference.

well i wasnt being rude or attacking....and its from my house and the restarts dont work it says connection error 10061 i think it was that exactly
